The problem and menace we face today in the Body of CHRIST is having UNSEASONED, UNPROCESSED, UNTRAINED people hold the Mic and teach heresy, lies and impose traditional doctrines against the TRUTH. who is to blame? the LEADERS, the Apostles, the Pastors, yes ministeral frontliners. leaders should NOT be too quick to commission and endorse people into ministry without a thorough examination of their, personality, Gifting,Grace, training and servitude. we oftentimes are too in a rush to come out public without a private nurturing, grinding and processing! the result is usually horrendous. the call to leadership supercedes intelligence and scholarstic biblical exergesses. Yes, God will use anyone BUT we need to go through the process to convey HIS heart to the people. My prayer for leaders is NOT to rush in commisioning people into the fold without overseeing them as Sons not just students whose speech and oratory heaves accolades! This craziness we face in the fold is because of reckless endorsement of untrained, unseasoned and unprocessed ministers who in guise of call has messed and sickened the Body. So many religous posts and updates on social media, yet these madness! because we have Lost HIS presence, the Microphone has become a lollipop and Altars has become entertainment stages! we dont need another philosophy, grammar, impression. we need seasoned men who will stand boldy and condemn this foolishness parading the church and has labelled us hypocrites
