The problem and solution expose crony capitalism at its finest. Thank Ron Wyden and other spineless Democrats for selling out Mother Earth to these greedy bastards. Its the same on public lands everywhere: we kicked the Natives out and then put capitalist bureaucrats in charge of environmental protection.
