The problem in this generation is such a wide acceptance of mediocrity as if mediocrity itself is lofty and something to applaud. And now unfortunately, people need to be retaught what excellence even is, and looks and feels like. And it begins with being consistent with doing what needs to be done – regardless of whether you “feel like” doing it! Grow up for crying out loud. You aren’t going to reach a goal or reach it well – by working toward it only “when you feel like it” – Excellence is forged when you teach yourself to “feel like it” all the time!
