The problem is Republicans use this to distort the facts. They point to NAFTA for blame as to why The Bush administration gave tax breaks to corporations to ship jobs to China. NAFTA is The North American Free Trade Agreement. It was intended to strengthen Mexicos economy through jobs for Mexicans in Mexico. This way goods made in Mexico can flow to American and Canada, hence the countries in North America. The Bush Administration used NAFTA to bring immigrants here to jobs Americans had at a cheaper rate.
