The problem of Burundi lies in Power distribution among Burundians. The former Tutsi minority regime used tribalism (Ethnicity) as a tool to attain and maintain power thus discriminated Hutu majority. The current Hutu majority regime is using the ruling political party (CNN-FDD) as a tool to discriminate both Hutu and Tutsi...All Burundians cannot be members of the ruling party CNN-FDD in order to get their share of national cake. The idea of killing anybody who is not a CNN-FDD member, and killing opposition is an outdated ideology. The idea of denying Burundians their rights of getting government Jobs, etc... simply they are not CNN-FDD members is creating many rebellion thus in the CNN-FDD is taking back the country into another Civil War.
