The process in becoming a racing Assistant Trainer: you have to firstly be in the employ of a Trainer in order to be registered as a Stable Employee - youll have to work six months on probation before you can write the Stable Employee exam - the Trainer has to apply for it, on your behalf. Once a person is 21 & after a full two years employ as a registered Stable Employee, the Trainer can then apply for you to become an Assistant Trainer.
