The processing yielded over 200#s of meat alone. then with the hams we kept whole shank and shoulder and additional 50 more lbs. It took us a couple hours to do all this as we are newbies.. but it is soo worth it !! We put up 6-10 roast and of course the hams, 4 -2 are bone out !!! and we have pork chops to die for. made 3 kinds of sausage 8- 10 lbs of each, over 20 lbs of bacon... Steaks, ... OHH I love pork!! Enjoy our images.. Everything was kept very sterile and COLD.. Early morning workout for all of us !!
