The proclivity of the ordinary Nigerian to cheat, steal or gain an unwarranted advantage is so great that it is not surprising when you now put an average one in a position of authority, that he takes so much advantage by pillaging and purloining to such a degree that his grandchildrens children could be (I say could be, because the various Laws of Nature are bound to restore equilibrium in time) consumers of the purloinment. - Disheartening ! I have been stuck in the same spot for over 45mins now trying to exit my house. Both exits have petrol stations (Forte and Mobil) It is chaotic ! Lastma and Police looking totally helpless and situation looks hopeless. - Disasterous ! I just read this morning that the Aviation sector has once again been disrupted ! I think weve shot ourselves in the foot. I gathered from industry insiders that, say what you will about Stella Oduah, she was a go getter who got the job done. George Uriesi the MD of FAAN was headhunted from SA Airports Authority (being the head honcho there in SA ??). Fola Akinkuotu, a thorough professional and one whom all ex ISI students should be proud of, removed as DG NCAA, barely 6 months after his Senate confirmation ?? Both replaced by entrenched insiders !! - Dumbfounding !
