The progression has moved from the 1950’s, when people lived relatively high and could save for a comfortable Retirement. The great Middle Class had earning power and thrived due to less Greedy Trade Unions and less Greedy Corporate elites that recognized and agreed they had to share their profits with their workers and America thrived. Now, greed is running amuck, Now the Middle Class is shrinking and the Economic team in Washington has voted to support programs that steal American jobs now as an afterthought. They preach Economic recovery, stop big spending, who are we talking about earning power for who,”Wall Street, the Banks? These statistics show who has the power and all the money and how they got it and they don’t like losing this. The Corporate influence in the Government promoting policies that reinforce the interest of the well to do is giving this Wealth of earning power to these Corporations, Banks who make all the money. Now they regulate how much money the Middle Class are making.
