The proof is in John Keys admission alone. He had previously promised to us in order to get the GSCB law amended (there is ample video evidence and NO he didnt mean his office) that there was not and would never be any mass spying on New Zealanders WHILST systematically approving and advocating the roll out (or at least the year-long business plan compilation as JK put it) of a MASS SPYING operation on all New Zealanders!!!!!! as per indicated in the Classified documents he released yesterday. A release which is questionable in itself due to its apparent highly classified status which we as New Zealanders where not allowed to see for our own apparent safety right up until yesterday - until John Key needed it for personal political reasons then it was apparently fine for declassification?
