The proposed changes to the Constitution of Ukraine increase the powers of the president, under the brandname of decentralization. In particular, the president can now unilaterally dismiss all local governance bodies. The appointment powers of the president wrt to Prime Minister and the heads of the law-enforcement agencies are also increased.
