The prosecuting attorney wants to exert control and domination over me thru sin & eventually death. But my defense attorney on retainer has triumphed over him and released me from the power of sin and death. The law was strengthening sin in me, so my attorney fulfilled that law and now I live under his grace! Romans 6:14 (AMP) 14 For sin shall not [any longer] exert dominion over you, since now you are not under Law [as slaves], but under grace [as subjects of God’s favor and mercy].
