The public schools in El Salvador don’t have the right conditions to provide quality education and is the obligation of the Government of El Salvador to do as much as possible to establish the right conditions for learning, nevertheless the government of El Salvador says that there are no funds to improve this conditions, however there is a big budget difference between the educational sector and other governmental institutions, the legislative assembly or the judicial branch; a simple example could be that a director of any governmental institution, a minister or a deputy can have excessive number of assessors, and if we check the public school is easy to find one teacher for 2 or 3 different grades, the money most of the times is spent on official travels, big salaries and luxury cars for the important government directors or deputies. goo.gl/GJWyBp
