The purity of ones heart is best shown by the practice of ones life. Thats why the writer of Proverbs has placed such a strong emphasis on keeping our heart with great diligence. He said, Guard your heart above all else, for it is the source of life (Proverbs 4:23). Simply put, the condition of our spiritual heart affects all other areas of our lives, therefore, put forth great effort to keep the heart pure before God and man.
