The purpose of ministry is souls, whether saving, healing, or maturing. If your ministry is more about you than the purpose, you are out of alignment with the Spirit. There must always, I mean always, be a flow of the Spirit Of God. To fill a position without fulfilling purpose is a sign that you are doing your own thing and frustrating the Spirit of God. Are Lives Being changed? Is there conviction on the lost who sit in your services service after service? Are the lost more comfortable to sit in your services and remain the way they are, lost? You say you love them, if so why do you make them feel at ease under the name of love, water down the message to keep from causing them to feel uncomfortable? Are those who are born again growing in their walk of faith and confidence in God? Are they manifesting Christ in their daily walk? Are their actions and reactions a product of Holiness? Are they establishing the law of God with their life from an understanding of who they are in God, or are they following your rules and regulations to be a part of your group? Do they live outside the church group the way they do around the the church group? Is there demonstrations of God, not just your services but in your day to day lives? You cant make people serve God, but by the flow from obedience to the Holy Ghost in ministry, it is between them and God. Through prayer, submission, and obedience to the Spirit, do what God called you to do, the way God directs you, and leave the results up to God and the people. There will be signs, miracles, and wonders follow those who believe.
