The question has been raised about whether or not funds coming from a repurposed building will got to the MESD as revenue, presumably into the cash reserve, or revert to the state. My wife is an administrator at UNM, like I am, but she is higher placed and much smarter :) She cites the example of Tri-Core Labs that rented space from us. The revenue went to UNM. I thought it may be good to start a repurposing thread here. I believe it will be a revenue stream but will research further.
