The question is, do we as a society feel safe with our law enforcement people when so much free reign is given making our individual rights erode? Too many cops dont even know the laws that have curtailed some of the crap theyre pulling. Example, Supreme Court ruling: Cops can NOT take your cell phone and go through the contents yet how many are still doing this? More the question, why were they doing this to begin with without a warrant?
