The question is: which matters more-exercise or diet? The answer: hit the gym! You can lose weight with diet alone but only a portion of the weight you lose will be from fat - youre also stripping away muscle and bone density! On the other hand, working out stimulates muscle growth and phone density so the weight you lose to exercise means youre burning mostly fat. The number on the scale may not look as impressive but because muscle takes up less space than fat does, you will look smaller and your clothes will fit better. In order to get results, you will need to build up to 5 to 7 cardio workout two week, 50 minutes each, and do resistance training a minimum of three times a week, including squats, lunges, push-ups and planks. Also remember, beyond burning fat, exercise has other important health perks such as improving the quality of your sleep, lowering your cholesterol reducing your stress level. So.... Hit the gym, or in this case hit the studio!!!
