The real origin of things. In a world filled with popular customs and traditions, very few will try to determine the real origin of things. Most generally everyone accepts common religious practices without question, choosing to do what everyone else does because it is easy, natural, and comfortable: Because there is a certain . The power of peer pressure alone makes almost everyone avoid The Hard Questions, so that they can practice what is acceptable and fashionable. Most follow along as they have been taught and assume what they believe and do is right. They take their beliefs for GRANTED, almost never taking the time to prove them right or wrong. Nowhere is this truer than Sunday observance. Over two billion people keep Sunday without knowing why or where this practice originated from. Most suppose it is found in the Bible because they see so many others observing it, surely Billions cannot be wrong. Or can they? (Psalm 56:2) My enemies trample on me all day long, for many attack me proudly. (Romans 12:19) Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to rage, for it is written: If you will not execute judgment for yourself, I shall execute your judgment, says God. “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.” The study of the Bible, on almost all teachings generally accepted by the churches of this world reveals that they have almost no biblical basis whatsoever about Sunday observance. This statement is shocking, yet it is true! They have lied and changed the word for their own needs. But here is an irony: When confronted with the truth of what the Bible really says on a matter: Most people will attempt to deny the facts, however indisputable. They will twist, distort, and blur the issues in order to hold on to cherished beliefs, preferring what is familiar to what is right—and true! LUKE 18:8 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away… If you are blinded by a false faith and have stopped seeking, you will lose yourself and lead your loved ones down the wrong path: (Matthew 7:14) for How narrow is the gate and strict the way that leads to life, and few are those who find it!!! So, in the end, most people are unwilling to observe it yet, many ministers, theologians, and religionists openly acknowledge what the Bible says. This is also in Mark: “In vain do they worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men... Full well you reject the commandment of God (these men know exactly what they are doing and you will see this momentarily, Christ continues), that they may keep your own tradition: Catholic publications, popes, cardinals, bishops, theologians, historians, professors, and the Vatican itself... The Bible plainly states in two places that Christ is the Head of the Church. Read Ephesians 1:22 and Colossians 1:18. Upon His return (Rev 19:12) and his eyes were like flames of fire and many diadems were upon his head and he had: The Name written, which no one knew but he alone. (WHICH NO ONE KNEW BUT HE ALONE) “A rule of Faith: A competent guide to heaven must be able to instruct in all the truths necessary for salvation. Love God Love each other. ra-el.org Ephesians 4:32 be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. Amen.
