The real reason why I voted for Obama. I voted for Obama because I wanted to finally have it proven to America; especially white America that black men not just black women if given the same or similar resources, opportunities, level of social acceptance and respect can do anything that any other man can do. I realize that in order for that to be proven it had to be done on a world scale where everyone could witness a black man either fail or succeed without question; the Presidency of the United States. If he had done such a miserable job all of you black and white would have voted to remove him from office. You actually judged him to be a lesser evil than various white candidates male and female. Think about it, he didnt get there through Affirmative Action -- he couldnt. Gay and straight America when are you going to get over yourselves and realize that black men are men period.
