The reality is completely different from what is meant by the author of this article. It is obvious The Tico Times is runs by gringo capital in our country and of course when it comes to talking about gringos in Costa Rica their post are quite subjective. In our country we appreciate the good citizens no matter where they come from. those ones who really RESPECT our morals value, culture, and our people. We love the residents who identify with us with GRATITUDE with facts, people who likes to help and CARE about our idiosyncrasy and dont made funny or take advantage thinking that we have to serve GRINGOS and given them specialty VIP service just because the fact the have MONEY ... In our country, we are a Loving Caring Nation and like to treact people no matter where they come from with money or without a penny with RESPECT ... Unfortunately our country is full of a lot of ARROGANCE gringos living and working illegally in our country and they cant stand we are not foolish because we like to talk face to face to all of the garbage expats we have in paradise. We LOVE straight forward honest US citizen who loves to care about people like for example, take a look about the awesome comment that made Mr. Rennie Finck taking about people from his country, check this out ... ... We just returned from Costa Rica and I was embarrassed by some of the North Americans we encountered. Bottom line, if you are going to be rude, loud, critical, and profess about how fabulous the US is, stay there. If you are visiting another county, respect it and its citizens. Become a learner. Unfortunately we have to many takers. Guys like Mr Rennie Finck are the kind of people from United States we like greet in paradise ... Is it ashamed that The Tico Times is runs by a lot of double stand people who they do not PREACH what they publish online with their behavior or interests in our country !!! :)
