The reality is that every dancer does have Freedom to Dance. They simply need to choose the WDC or the WDC AL and the many Open events around the World. Once Amateurs did not have the options now they do and there is no excuse. Those that choose to remain with WDSF we cannot help and we need to move on and forget them. WDSF have even invented their own Technique and are producing part circus, part gymnastic routines which have little connection to dance. Musicality and elegance have increasingly been downgraded in the pursuit of faster, higher, further. We neither want nor need it. If you think for a moment it is no wonder wdsf do not want their couples to go to WDC coaches as what they are taught will not be marked and they question what WDSF tell them. The WDSF are not going to change and anyone who believes otherwise is fooling themselves. The WDSF have invested too much in their bid for World Domination and their boasts to the IOC, Sports Accord and others.
