The really bad aggressive and fast moving cancer that mysteriously entered my body last summer decided I was too tough and thought it best to leave. And the radioactive dye MRI confirmed that the bone cancer has died and no new lesions are present. Youre normal they now tell me. Ive never seen anything like this - its miraculous!. Big difference from last year when I was told I had Stage 4 Gleason 9 prostate cancer that metastasized to the bone. A worse diagnosis isnt possible - thats as bad as it gets. Im looking at maybe five years tops but dont count on it. Great. So jumping from Dead Man Walking to normal makes the day look pretty good. When my PSA was 17 in 1998 I was told by 5 doctors that Id be dead in six months. Only problem was there wasnt anything wrong with me - which disappointed them because I proved them wrong Last June my PSA was at a high of 235. The cancer was confirmed by me insisting on a bone biopsy. Then it radically dropped to 10 in six weeks - and to one a month later. Ever since then its been under one at .04 to .06 . . . which everyone told me was impossible and unheard of. You fell from up there? - thats 20 feet and you landed on concrete. That would have killed anybody else . . . So who was driving? Did you see that steering wheel? No one could have survived that - much less with only getting bruised. And here we are. :-)
