The realness of events that happen before getting any where. part 2 last one This is continuation of the previous video. These are some of the more difficult things for most people to learn, even myself. My goal from a year and a half ago was to get straighter arms. I was forced to go back to the drawing board and reconstruct many ways I was previously training. I needed to get my core stronger with the basic static holds and improve on proper breathing. Somebody asked did I have to stop training my legs to improve my splits, the answer is no. I actually trained my legs more when learning the splits. Its all about consistency and putting the work in.
