The reason I’m starting to post about the Five Tibetans again is - TopicsExpress

The reason I’m starting to post about the Five Tibetans again is that I think I’m using them as ½ of the physical component of the “Morning Ritual” program that will accompany the Ancient Child program (yeah, yeah, I know. It was supposed to be done by now. But Mushtaq convinced me I needed to buy a particular microphone to sharpen the vocals, and I trust his opinion on such things). The trick is that I need a physical activity ANYONE can do. For most of us, that’s walking. But I want it to be all-weather, and some people are shy about “chanting” in public, so Joint Recovery fits beautifully there. But it is possible to make that morning time work provide all BASIC fitness requirements for the time investment (15-20 minutes) and while there are a number of approaches to doing this, I wanted to use one that is: Free. You can get all the information you need on Youtube, or various websites. Takes little time No equipment Little room. Hugely scalable (start with ONE repetition per day, if you have to--it is the commitment to connecting with your body-mind that is the most important thing) Deep. While there is very little “original” information on the Tibetans (just one book, “The Eye of Revelation” which is available as a free PDF. And it’s heavily mythologized, IMHO) it is possible to deepen and customize it with breathing and postural understandings from yoga, Tai Chi, and so forth. If I do this right, the “Ancient Child” becomes a “passive” healing and focusing tool teaching Heartbeat Meditation and the “Ancient Child” technique (just listen at least once per week) while the “Morning Ritual” locks your stress-reduction into an active framework that increases energy and implants the “Secret Formula”. Literally, the most complete program I’ve ever heard of, in a “plug and play” box, very heart-centered and very powerful. If you had to work on only one aspect of “Self”, it would be healing your heart. If you add a second one, make it your body, the root of your earthly experience. Combine the two, and you have everything you need to generate a complete life. Just expand “self” and suddenly you have love, soulmate, altruism, love of community, communication...everything. Transformative. So if you want to get started, just begin by listening to your heartbeat as you first awaken in the morning. Then visualize the child within you and commit to protecting her. Then get up and perform Tibetans. Only three reps? That’s fine. Fill out the rest of a 15 minute “Morning Ritual” by walking and doing Joint Mobility drills, while smiling, speaking powerfully and affirming: Your goals Why you have faith you can achieve them What you must do TODAY to make it happen (no “luck”. Just YOUR actions) What you have to feel grateful for. I cannot begin to tell you how powerful the combination is. This is the new 30-day program, and I promise it can change your life.
