The reason why we ancient ones made our Effigies of ourselves, is it was taught that we retain a self awareness of our personal shadow actions and behaviors to keep them in balance and in check and to suffer off what we can. Those who have come to this plane this lifetime to use effigies against others (spells, dark thoughts, revenge etc) chose the reverse path. When ones karma reaches a certain level over lifetimes, without suffering to pay it back at other lifetimes or this lifetime, fanatical states develop within the self, the mental body believes it has no responsibility to its own soul or others. Regardless of whether or not humans create god doctrines to say someone else pays your karma off or we were only a hero, that is heretic talk and text. Vulkary women are the time turners of souls just like the Furies and Fates, sending the souls of those who have killed or any lesser crime, back to the underworld, not the heavens, and no matter how one tries to change the truth, one cannot. But even within that, all is perfect... It matters not which side one is on in life it matters only when our soul debts becomes due.
