The recent VA audit shows that 57,000 vets are waiting over 90 days to see a doctor. This is unacceptable. I joined my House colleagues today in passing legislation that will allow waiting vets to seek VA-paid treatment from private doctors. In addition, I am working to move my legislation that removes barriers for veterans contributing to HSA accounts. Our veterans have served our country honorably and deserve a VA system that meets their health care needs.
