The recent war between Gaza and Israel was a lose-lose phenomenon. - TopicsExpress

The recent war between Gaza and Israel was a lose-lose phenomenon. There were no winners. And, I dont see any benefit to discussing which side started it or which was more to blame. That verbal warfare is also lose-lose. No one wins those arguments,. The only thing they accomplish is to raise the level of mutual animosity. However, I do think it could be very worthwhile to have a rational discussion about how the Israel-Gaza conflict might be more permanently resolved. And these remarks by Matt Duss of the Foundation for Middle East Peace seem to be a good starting point for that discussion. https://youtube/watch?v=CDQVFuAsB_0&feature=youtu.be
