The recently-concluded Anakbayan National Council reiterated that one of the primary tasks of a member of Anakbayan, and a basic requirement to be a member of Anakbayan. This is similar to the tactic of Andres Bonifacios Katipunan where each applicant was required to recruit two more into the organization. For Anakbayan members, recruiting a new member each day, or at the very least inviting one person for an orientation, is reasonable. New members who are not yet confident of explaining the Orientation can ask their chapters Organization Officer to orient the formers recruits. The Officer can also schedule regular Orientation Meetings in which other members can bring their recruits to.
