The recipe for my daily smoothie. Makes approx. 7 cups worth. Adapt and change to your tastes. I have this and dinner most days as my only meals (and I dont snack). Approximately... 16 oz green tea (I sweeten mine with stevia) 1 banana 2 tbsp. Braggs apple cider vinegar 3-4 lg dollops of plain, whole yogurt 1 handful of snack sprouts (adzuki, lentil, mung) 1 tbsp. chia seeds (soak overnight) 2 tbsp. organic, unsweetened cocoa powder 1 scoop organic green super food powder 1 tbsp. Moringa powder (see comments below) 2 tbsp. flax seed powder 1 tbsp. turmeric 1 handful dry roasted, unsalted almonds 1 tbsp. organic hemp powder 1 1/2-2 cups of mixed berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry) 2 cups of ice. Sometimes I add 1 tbsp. of coconut oil, but it changes the flavor. Still working that out. Blend thoroughly in a blender, and enjoy
