The recovery potential of drinking Kangen Water during training is so true. Im able to last longer and train harder — and then recover faster. A few days ago I had posted that I was able to drink almost a full gallon during my workout. I wasnt weight training that day. I was in constant movement doing a core circuit, body weight cardio (burpees, jump lunges, etc), and jumprope with minimal rest (15 sec or none). I was so full of energy at the end, I was able to jumprope a full 20 min straight and I was doing double-unders, cross overs, and straight speed roping as fast as I could. It was really mind blowing that I had that much energy after the main workout. The next day I felt fine. I expected to be so sore that Id have a hard time getting out of bed, and I wasnt.
