The relief operation in support of the campers displaced by yesterday’s weather event at the Cherrystone Campground closed last night at 9 PM when the Department of Social Services provided housing to the two remaining families that were unable to return home. The American Red Cross Delmarva Region is extremely grateful to our community partners and area businesses that jumped in to support those affected. Special thanks to our wonderful Red Cross volunteers that responded to this event, providing comfort and care at a difficult time!
