The repercussions of slavery have really stopped us (blacks & whites)from evolving and left us uncivilized in our relationships with one another. Thats a general statement! Some of us have sincere, loving, honest and mutually respectful friendships, marriages and families. But we gotta face it. The fallout that dates back to slavery in America continues. We cant change what we dont acknowledge. I appreciate this man giving me some insight.
