The republican party is on its way to get the fate of the dinosaurs, extinct. There will always be a crazy or two who will vote for them, and others who think economics is more important than social rights, but overall this party is doomed. Gay marriage is at full speed, regardless of the GOPs staunch opposition every step of the way, with some minor exceptions. Weed is being legalized in lots of state and the trend will continue. Anti immigration sentiment will be overruled by the vast number of non whites who vote. Lets not forget about womens rights, which, whether you like it or not, the GOPs perception is horrendous (Perception is unfair, blah blah, cry me a river). What annoys me the most is the lack of honesty they wear on their sleeve: Oh I am not against gays, you just cant have kids, adopt or get married, but I like gays. And then others go Well I like gays but its against my religion Republicans will end up isolated with their religions and guns.
