The response to Cosmos by creationists has been a foul one. If you want to hate science, by all means, do so. You are free to have an opinion because you live in a secular, industrialized society. But dont be a hypocrite. Toss aside your electronic devices, food, cars, homes, medicines, clothes and morals. These are all the fruits of scientific effort. Science has granted you the level of comfort needed to project your Christian morals. These are its gifts and bounties. You are only a few cold nights and missed meals away from becoming something horrible. Make no mistake about that. You are broadcasting your disdain on a social media platform that was invented by a clever atheist named Mark, lest you have forgotten. Hate science, no one cares, but do it whole heartedly. Toss aside the many amenities that you necessitate, and enjoy, and return to the forest, cold, dirty, naked, terrified...and forever on the hunt.
