The response to the immediate needs by gvt and local organisations to the #koskolalandslide seems to have taken off well. Meanwhile others are thinking of the longer term perspective of this disasters impacts. A number of children that had left during daytime for school are reported to be orphaned and further facts are being sought out. A coalition of local NGOs in the East is concerned about the children of the poor plantation workers to become victims of exploitation. They started today their efforts to advocate for the childrens well being.
