The rest of this week Theresa and I will be door knocking and working the phone banks. I am asking for volunteers to help out in two ways. Saturday and Sunday we will be canvassing in Central Point. Normally we would attempt to make contact with the homeowner but this weekend we will just be placing fliers on doors. We will do this from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. If you can only make it for a couple of hours that would be great also. The other part is helping out with phone banking. We have 2 shifts to work, 5:30 - 7:00 pm or 7:00 - 8:30 pm. We have been phone banking the last 3 weeks a few nights a week but we need to extend it thru the weekend this week. Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday. We have an office with phones set-up to make the phone calls in Medford. We are only calling people who have not voted yet. Our database can sort voters out, technology is great.
