The results are in … and Judge Gasaway will remain on the bench for the next 8 years!!! Judge Gasaway wants to thank everyone who voted for him, asked their friends and family to vote for him, and / or showed their support for him in any way!! Judge Gasaway and his family were the victims of outrageous smear campaigns; however, Judge Gasaway simply continued to go to work every day and serve the citizens of the district with dedication, strength and the courage to the do the right thing whether it is the popular thing or not. Thank you to all the lawyers and other friends who wore t-shirts all over town, had your children do the same, came to event after event to show your support for Judge Gasaway and most of all for checking on his family during the grueling days of the campaign! Judge Gasaway makes this promise to you - he will continue to be the FAIR, IMPARTIAL arbiter of the law he has always been! Every person that comes before him will receive a fair trial and / or hearing and he will do his best to reach his decisions as truth and justice dictate!
