The results of my knee scan are in after getting injured playing 5 aside....anyone care to offer an explanation? Distal ACL tear with ligamentous remnant folded in proximal incondylar notch. Undersurface fissuring or tearing of the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus, adjacent to posterior root. Lateral sulcus impaction injury with preservation of overlying cartilage. Chondral fissuring over the central to posterior aspect of the lateral tibial condyle with full- thickness chondral loss and cortical irregularity posteriorly. Medial compartment is relatively preserved. Early patellofemoral chondral degeneration. Evidence of MCL injury but superficial fibres remain intact. Evidence of joint effusion. Eh?????
