The reward for Rodney Wynn, 34, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive and this month’s featured fugitive, has been increased to $10,000 for information leading to this capture if the tip comes in during the month of November. Wynn has a violent criminal past, and is wanted for aggravated kidnapping and aggravated assault family violence. All tips are guaranteed to be anonymous. Wynn’s last known address was in Kaufman, and he also has ties to Dallas and Mesquite. His criminal history includes assault causing bodily injury, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated robbery and drug possession.
