So in the second round they just lower the standards and all the candidate has to do is get a majority !!! Why bother with the first round at all? 2 - There are no official candidates on a roster whose names are proposed in order and voted accordingly. The box simply passes around and the deputies put whoevers name they want in it !! It could be their aunt in Australia!! (nothing against Australia of course)
