The road of life can sometimes be lonely, wouldnt it be nice to have someone to walk it with us. I believe everyone has at least one friend. Others have many. Friends have good intentions, but sometimes not very helpful. Some become philosophers, some theologians, while others become psychologists. O what a friend we have in Jesus, one who knows exactly what we need. John 15:15b says; --but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my father I have made known to you. Father God, relieve me from the philosophers, theologians, and psychologists. Send me a friend who will simply hold my hand and help me with the dishes. Amen.
