The rock that I am luckily enough to have married and proud to call my wife gave birth to our amazing little (ish) lady Hollie Rae on Monday 24th March at 2.35pm by emergency Cesarian section weighing in at 9lb 1/2oz, (ladies prerogative 9lb!) Mummy has & is recovering well and is getting better daily after a really torrid time. Hollie was born with suspected trisomy 21 (Downs Syndrome) and a rather concerning respiratory problem where Hollie could not breathe in enough oxygen by herself and was rushed straight to High dependency intensive care. After many tests and hours of worry we were told Hollie has 2 heart issues. As you can imagine its been a tough start for us as parents and even tougher for Hollie. Improvements with Hollie are Coming slowly she is fighting well slowly being weened off her oxygen. Our fight is to help get Hollie better and get her home at some point. We can not thank our amazing families for their support enough at a time a for us that you can never be prepared for in life. We hope everyone understands why so little information has come out about the birth of our Princess. As proud parents we have help our little girl with her fight and fight as a family, will update further when we can. X
