The roll of Dr. Taradatt, M.A (Sans.), Ph.D Chief Administrator, KBK, Addl. Chief Secretary, R & DM Deptt is doubtfull. I will not accept that he is fare. Why monetary grant in lieu of the land ? Dr Taradatt himself was not aware neither his department in the State Secretariate was aware of how much total JAWAN SARANKHITA land available for the ex-servicemen on Odisha (district wise) . It was only collected(not fully) through RTI Act and the DATA (1 lakh acre in 56 TAHASILs) were made available by the Revenue Inspectors.Another 3 Lakh acres of such land presumed to be reserved as 260 TAHASILs have not rendered the information. The consolidated DATA were supplied to CM and the State Revenue Department before end of 2013 requesting them for fair consideration and allotment to ex-defence personnel for self employment. It is surprise to me how in 19 Feb 2014 a New Resolution brought into force making de-reserve the land !!!!! How two IAS Officers (one from Odisha State Secretariate and another from Governors Office) can take such a decission killing the interest of all the ex-defence personnel of the state !!!! Is it in the knowledge of the Opposition Party ??? Is it in the knowledge of CM and HE the Governor of Odisha ??? Who all are the Statutory Bodies have given the consent ??? Why there were no land allotment in between 2000-2012 ? Why the resolution brought into force soon after providing the DATA ??? Why Collector Khurdha/Cuttack/Ganjam/Koraput/Mayurbhanj did not respond to the RTI application sought by me ??? Is not it smelling that there is a bigger land scam has taken place on the Reserve Land earmarked for the ex-defence personnel ??? In spite of the subject published on many english/odia news paper, why all the political parties are silent ??? Why the electronic media remain silent ??? Why the Secretary, Rajya Sainik Board Odisha and the Kendriya Sainik Board at New Delhi silent on welfare issue ??? Why the NGOs not raising their voice ??? Why the Odisha High Court remain silent ??? Why the scholars of Odisha not opening their mouth ??? Why retired Army/Navy/Air Force Commanders have made their mouth shot. Why BJD Ex-Servicemen Cell paralyzed on the subject ??? Is it not coming under CAGs jurisdiction to audit over JAWAN SARANKHITA LAND and its allotment and utilisation ??? The true democracy alarming you all my dear patriot friends to react upon the subject. JAI HIND.
