The routine of doing a daily video recording on my Freedom Finding Quest, after having started my day with inspiring activities on Personal Growth and Mind Work, is making that I am much more focused on my personal well being. As a result of that I am making a lot of tangible progress, which is tangible to me that is. It also strengthens my believe and wish that I can help other people help in their search for a happy, fulfilling, serene and content life. It is the purpose I see for myself.
