The sailing ship RIM Nativa, Golf of Davao, Wednesday, October 22, 9:31 PM. We are presently under way making the broad reach from Balut Island to Port Davao, 112 nautical miles ahead. Nativa was under full sail earlier but with nightfall and approaching a squall to the north, weve stuck both fores and the main but are still carrying the mizzen full. I am pleased with a sailing speed earlier of 18 knots. We have slowed since striking sail but are still making almost 10 knots on a moderate southerly wind. All this is good news and exciting but the best news is that during the past two days we have ministered to approximately 1,000 people and have witnessed more than 112 professions of faith.
