The same goes for the American Lung Association.. they are mostly about education very little support no real help for those with lung issues. If you want to have a charity that will go directly to people all over the world. Check out amma.org. Amma has done much in this country as well. She sent 1 million dollars to the Katrina victims, There is a program to help the native Americans, There are soup kitchens that prepare a full meals for the homeless including here in Tucson, and all over the US. She has programs all over this country and other countries, for environment, clean water, and food to the less fortunate, as well. When asked why she said because its the right thing to do.
