My cynicism rises to new heights as I watch the very language of abstract expressionism used to cater to a new brand of Philistine, canvases as empty and obsequious as the society they lampoon. It is sad they didnt live to see how many heads the new hydra has, as the voices that cry in the wilderness these days are few in number.
