The sanest thing we would have expected from anyone who places - TopicsExpress

The sanest thing we would have expected from anyone who places himself/herself on the leadership ladder is tolerance and decorum; most especially as we warm up to the yuletide. Yet the gross intolerance of the NDC and blatant disrespect for anyone save for NDC sympathizers again comes to play. Against the backdrop of the bare truth and courage Ivor Greenstreet exhibited when called upon to give a solidarity message on behalf of the CPP at the just ended NDC congress, the gross intolerance and inherent nature of violence within the NDC has again come to the fore. And what at all did Ivor Greenstreet say that was amiss or untrue or fabricated?! The CPP General Secretary said it was unacceptable that the NDC was meeting to elect new leaders, when it should have been meeting to re-evaluate its policies, which he said had plunged the country into an economic mess. In the full glare of the President, Vice President, former President Jerry Rawlings, and thousands of leaders and supporters of the NDC, Greenstreet said: “…Currently nobody, I mean nobody is feeling your better Ghana.” Is he wrong then, when were having a dumsor dumsor Christmas, when the economy is in abject tatters, when education has become more expensive than even cocaine, when unemployment keeps on being an albatross on the necks of the citizens, when CORRUPTION and rot have taken an unprecedented entrenchment under this Mahama-led-NDC-government, when Ghana is now a plain ridicule on international frontiers?! As expected, the NDC babies with sharp teeth and evil dwarfs have lost all sanity and taken Mr. Greenstreet to the cleaners, even to the extent of characters like Sam George making a ridicule of the physical disability of Ivor Greenstreet that “Ivor Greenstreet apparently needs some elevation to see the Better Ghana (since Greenstreet is in a wheel chair)... How pitiful when self proclaimed demigods forget that ANYONE can fall victim of physical disability at ANY POINT IN TIME due to birth, sickness, or accident! I truly do hope that the likes of Sam George are not susceptible to sicknesses and accidents... Also, Majority Leader Alban Bagbin even went a step further to say Greenstreet was possessed by a demon! graphic.gh/news/general-news/35798-ndc-congress-ivor-greenstreet-was-possessed-by-a-demon-bagbin.html And we thought that the President himself will not plow the same disdainful lane as his NDC subjects did, yet he also gave Greenstreet his share of wrath... Mr. President said he was restraining himself and yet said Greenstreet was suffering from selective myopia https://myghanaonline/1.1933385 ; clearly he would have used harsher words than the selective myopia had he not restrained himself, at least we know President Mahama to use words like baloney (which means nonsense) on the slightest provocation... This is the culture of impunity the NDC birthed, which is naturally carried-on by Mahama and his NDC, and clearly THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO GO! Obviously, it is untoward that the NDC expects everyone to be in bed with them and be sycophants while they lay waste to Ghana and what our forefathers died for... The earlier Mahama and his NDC recognize that they have woefully failed Ghana the better for their own heads. People like Ivor Greenstreet give me hope that at we still have voices of conscience screaming out loud, we still have persons who will not sell their conscience on the alter of sycophancy! Now some rot is oozing out of E-Volution and implicating GNPC and some government officials... When it is coming then it is doing. myjoyonline/news/2014/December-22nd/revealed-accountant-of-e-volution-paid-gh80000-into-gnpc-officials-account.php All their rot and shady dealings will come to bare so far as theres some justice in this world! Ghana my happy home!
