The scale of shame and sensibility. Gaza is burning, innocent people are dying and many people are outraged that the sensible world could do nothing to stop this violence. This tragedy is not new and it’s being repeated with a calculative mind by Hamas. They know it very well that these deaths and destruction of already poor and improvised Gaza will not bring any conclusive result but why they instigate Israel by firing rockets knowing the dire consequences of it? Hard to understand because lethal brew of religion and politics is not based on reason or logic. There are very clear examples how Islamic fanaticism has brought serious contradictions in the Muslim psyche. Some Muslims are actively engaged in it and a vast majority lending support to it by remaining silent. Over a 1000 Gaza deaths brought Muslims on the streets of many capitals but what happened to those thousands of calculated murders committed by the Jihadi’s in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan and Pakistan? What is the reason that those murders do not hit the Muslims sense of justice and compassion? Why Muslims could not condemn the outrageous call by the Iraqi Sunni extremists to send their daughters for jihadi prostitution? Where is Muslim sense of shame? Why Muslims can’t distinguish between right and wrong? What happened to the Muslim sense of proportion? Why the murders are still considered as Muslims? What is the sensible definition of a Muslim?
